Apple Cinnamon Blueberry Overnight Oats

This quick and easy breakfast option can be prepared the night before and ready to eat in the morning. 

Makes 1 serving.

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

1/2 cup blueberries

1 tbsp chia seeds

Sprinkle of cinnamon

 

Preparation:

1.     Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl

2.     Place bowl in fridge and let chill overnight

3.     Wake up and enjoy this tasty breakfast option!

 

Cook’s Tips:

The great thing about this recipe is its versatility! You can easily substitute different types of berries or add other seasonings.
