Book Reviews by Dietitians  

Shelves at local libraries and book stores are bulging with health, wellness, diet & lifestyle books.  So which books are worth a read?  A number of dietitians from across Nova Scotia have contributed to our July segment, 'Summer Reads', to provide insight into books they have read and give the verdict of 'to read' or 'not to read'.
