I enjoyed Ribollita in Tuscany last spring – it is a hearty, delicious soup…or stoup (cross between a soup and a stew). This recipe looks bang on!

These books offer practical tips and strategies that can be used within our own lives and to help clients. (Note: Gretchen Rubin does describe her change to a very low carbohydrate diet in her book – but does make it clear that it is not for everybody)
